The combination of time spent in the studio plus consistent practice at home, results in more steady improvement. It also helps athletes reinforce and strengthen the basics that are used to build bigger skills. Encourage your athlete to take responsibility to set aside 30 minutes (2 to 3 times a week) to work at home. Working flexibility, headstands/handstands, bridges, jump drills, tumbling shapes, and strength exercises are always beneficial!

>> Air Tracks
10ft x 3.3ft x4in is a reasonable at home size. AirTracks are inflatable and can be easily stored at home. They are great for intermediate to advanced tumblers. Great for practicing all skills from walkovers to aerials and tucks.
