Private Lessons

One day skill-specific clinics are typically hosted one Friday & Saturday per month. These consist of 2-hour days of targeted practice and skill development. Clinic dates/times are released 2 times a year; in July for clinics in Sept-Dec and in November for clinics in Jan-May.

Flip In Fridays are held once a month as one hour of coached open gym. These are best for new athletes interested in The Flip Side or wanting extra practice. These will open for scheduling on the Monday of the week of the Flip In Friday.

These classes are for outside schools and competitive dance/cheer programs to practice specific routine skills. These classes are directly organized by the coach and are not open for general enrollment.

Skill Development Classes

Skill Development classes are designed to target specific skills and develop technique for proper execution of those skills. There are Skill Development Classes for tumbling and acro skill, often organized around skill levels of athletes.

These are typically offered 3 times per year in the spring, summer, & fall.

Learn proper form, technique practice, and progress in all the basics skills including headstands, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, & backbends.

Learn proper form, technique practice, and progress in skills including cartwheel variations, round-offs, handstand to bridge, kickovers, walkovers & introduction to back handsprings.

Learn proper form, technique practice, and progress in all skills including back handsprings, multiple handsprings, advanced skill connections, aerials, tucks, punch fronts, Arabians, & layouts.

Learn proper handspring & intro to tuck technique, shaping, straight & together legs, blocking, multiple handsprings, round-off handsprings, & connecting handsprings and tucks.

Learn proper form, technique, practice, and progress in all skills including elbow stands, handstand holds, chest stands, acro cartwheels, walkover variations, flexibility & strength training.

Learn proper form, technique practice, and progress in all skills including back handsprings, aerials, valdez, kip ups, headsprings, tinsicas, flexibility & strength training.

Learn proper form, technique practice, and progress in all skills including advanced back handspring variations, advanced aerial tricks, kip ups/headsprings variations, tucks, twisting, flexibility & strength training.

Work flexibility, strength drills, and resistance training, using bodyweight, bands, and light weights, while incorporating dynamic and static stretches to build stronger leaps, turns, tilts, jumps, motions. (age 9+)
