Private Lessons
Clinics
One day skill-specific clinics are typically hosted one Friday & Saturday per month. These consist of an hour of targeted practice and skill development. Clinic dates/times are released 3 times a year; November for clinics in January-March, April for clinics in June-July, and July for clinics in September-December.

Flip In Fridays
Flip In Fridays are held once a month as one hour of coached open gym. Open to everyone, these are best for new athletes interested in The Flip Side or wanting extra practice. These will open for scheduling on the Monday of the week of the Flip In Friday.
$25/hour

Skill Development Classes
Skill Development classes are designed to target specific skills and develop technique for proper execution of those skills. There are Skill Development Classes for tumbling and acro are organized around skill levels of athletes.
The frequency each class is offered varies throughout the year. We try to offer at least 1 of each each session (Spring, Summer, & Fall).
Learn proper form, technique, practice & progress in the basic skills including headstands, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, & bridges.
Learn proper form, technique, practice & progress in skills including cartwheel variations, round-offs, handstand to bridge, kickovers, walkovers & introduction to handsprings.
Learn proper form, technique, practice & progress in skills including handsprings, multiple handsprings, advanced skill connections, aerials, tucks, punch fronts, Arabians, & layouts.
Continue working and strengthening handspring & tuck technique, work shaping, blocking, standing handsprings, standing tucks, & connecting skills in handsprings/tucks. Improve roundoff technique and plyometrics for stronger tumbling.
Learn proper form, technique, practice & progress in skills including headstand holds, handstand variations, acro cartwheels, bridges variations, flexibility & strength training.
Learn proper form, technique practice & progress in skills including inversion holds, walkovers, valdez, headsprings, intro into handsprings, into to aerials, flexibility & strength training.
Learn proper form, technique, practice & progress in skills including walkover variations, handspring variations, aerials, kip ups, handsprings, headspring variations, tucks, advanced skill connections, flexibility & strength training.
Strong bodies make strong skills! Work endurance, flexibility, plyometrics, resistance training, shaping, and strength building. Building stronger bodies to tumble and jump on any surface. (Ages 9+)
Work flexibility, plyometrics, resistance training, and strength building. Using bodyweight, bands, and light weights, while incorporating dynamic and static stretches to build stronger leaps, turns, tilts, jumps, motions. (Ages 9+)
