These 10-week classes will meet once a week for 1 hour. To provide ample hands-on time for each athlete, classes will be limited to 8 athletes per class. Athletes may only enroll in one summer class.
$250 for the entire course ($25/class)

Tumbling Classes

In this class young athletes will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all the basics. Skills taught in the class include headstands, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, backbends, & technique in all of these skills

In this class athletes will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all skills including cartwheel variations, round-offs, handstand to bridge, kickovers, walkovers, introduction to back handsprings, & more!

In this class athletes will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all skills including back handsprings, multiple handsprings, advanced skill connections, aerials, tucks, punch fronts, Arabians, layouts, and more!

In this class athletes will learn proper handspring & intro to tuck technique, shaping, straight & together legs, blocking, multiple handsprings, round-off handsprings, and connecting handsprings and tucks.
Acro Classes

In this class dancers will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all skills including elbow stands, handstand holds, chest stands, acro cartwheels, walkover variations, flexibility and strength training.

In this class dancers will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all skills including back handsprings, aerials, valdez, kip ups, headsprings, tinsicas, flexibility and strength training.

In this class dancers will learn proper form, practice, and progress in all skills including advanced back handspring variations, advanced aerial tricks, valdez, kip ups, headsprings, tucks, twisting, flexibility and strength training.

In this workout class dancers will work flexibility, strength drills, and resistance training, using bodyweight, bands, and light weights. his class will also incorporate dynamic and static stretches. (ages 9+) this class will lead to stronger leaps, turns, tilts, jumps, motions, and improvement in acro skills.
1/2 hour or 1 hour time slots. Structured in flexibility, warm up, drills, skill development, and skill based conditioning.

1:1 Lesson $80/hour
2:1 Lesson $60/half-hour

Private Lessons
Two day skill-specific clinics are hosted once a month. These consist of two 2-hour days of targeted practice and skill development. Stay tuned for updates about clinic dates/times.

Clinics
Flip In Fridays are held once a month as one hour of coached open gym. These are best for new athletes interested in The Flip Side or wanting extra practice. These will open for scheduling on the first of each month.

These classes are for outside schools and competitive dance/cheer programs to practice specific routine skills. These classes are directly organized by Coach Kiersten and are not open for general enrollment.

Gift private tumbling lessons at The Flip Side. Gift Certificates can be used to book 30-minute or 1-hour private lessons.
If the recipient of the gift is not an existing athlete, they must complete New Athlete Onboarding before booking any lessons.
