  • New video released each Monday morning @ 8AM by email

  • 30-minute guided instructional videos

  • Good for both tumbling and acro skills

Want extra guided instructional practice time this summer? This is for you!

This 10-week video series is designed to keep athletes skills and strength progressing throughout the summer. Having a strong foundation in basic skills leads to increased confidence, body awareness, and is critical for building future skills. This video series will improve strength in skills, include at-home drills, implement key stretches, and incorporate conditioning throughout.

Registration open through month of May!

  • Good for all levels of athletes, plus fun for parents to get involved too!

  • Perfect for continued practice regardless of where you're at this summer

  • Designed to do each video 2-3 times each week

  • Access to all videos through entire month of August
